Changing your plans
You may cancel under the cancellation conditions supplied with your reservation.
Eligible refunds
Refund eligibility follows your booking conditions. Applicable refunds return through the original payment method.
Non-refundable reservations
A booking designated non-refundable does not qualify for a refund once payment is made.
If you do not arrive
An arrival missed without advance notice may be treated as a no-show and may not qualify for a refund.
If we must cancel
If circumstances outside our control require cancellation of a confirmed stay, we will contact you about an appropriate refund or alternative, where applicable.
Bank and processing costs
Applicable bank or payment-processing fees may not be refundable.
